Project Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation

The signed MoU will specify the reporting, monitoring and evaluation guidelines, reporting format, indicators to measure progress and timeframe to be followed by the parties. Once a project has been approved, the baseline study will be carried out.
The project activities will be reviewed in the monthly meetings of the District Committees. The idea is to address any implementation issues at the appropriate levels without any delay.  If not specified otherwise, all partner organisations will present a written quarterly report of physical and financial progress of their projects to the PMU. The PMU has already proposed a reporting format, which is being used by the partners to report the progress of their projects.
